I just received an email from bobdylan.com. They write to me often. Bob wants to make sure I know where he is and what he is doing every day. The latest missive related the new dates that have been added to Bob's summer tour of minor league baseball stadiums. So, I learned that Bob Dylan and his Band will be playing McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket, Rhode Island THREE days after I have concluded my visit to The Ocean State.
It is a display of cruelty from the gods.
It is payment for massive Karmic debt.
It is the ultimate cosmic joke.
It is proof that the universe is not just.
Or, it just sucks. Really, really bad.
